This page describes, in plain language, what happens to information you give this website.

What we collect, and only when you give it

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, suburb and whatever you choose to tell us about the job. Nothing on this site requires an account, and browsing collects nothing personal about you.

What it is used for

One thing: responding to your enquiry. Your details go to the people who quote and perform the work so they can contact you about your job. They are not sold, rented, added to marketing lists or shared beyond what answering your enquiry requires.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered by email and recorded in a private spreadsheet and a private backup register so nothing is lost between a form submission and a phone call. All three sit with reputable providers under their own security arrangements.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site are routed through a call forwarding service so enquiries reach the right person quickly. Calls are not recorded.

Analytics

The site may use standard, privacy-conscious web analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Removal

If you would like the details from an enquiry deleted, email [email protected] and they will be removed from the records described above.
